Your doctor can use GetOn Health to set your appointment and connect with you via text message. This guide will help you prepare for your telehealth appointment.
Most telehealth visits will use a traditional phone connection; however, your doctor may send you a text to provide a link to a video conference provider. You will need to connect with the video conference provider through a smartphone, tablet or laptop with a web-enabled camera. If you are using video conferencing GetOn Health recommends that you have access to high speed internet and a wireless connection.
