The mission of GetOnHealth is to continuously transform and improve healthcare experiences for both patients and practitioners by advancing technologies that enhance quality of care, streamline workflow and eliminate redundant and excessive administration. GetOnHealth was founded by Dr. Michael Mayne in 2018. Dr. Mayne’s vision to embrace the future with better healthcare is fueled by a simple conviction that technology, combined with effective process improvements elevate patient experiences, transform practices and put physicians back in control of their schedules.
Meet the Team Behind GetOnHealth
Dr Mayne
Dr. Michael Mayne
Michael is a highly regarded player in the Canadian healthcare system who brings his business, doctoral, healthcare and government expertise to the GetOnHealth team.
Michael served as Director of Research for National Research Council of Canada's Institute of Nutrisciences and played a key role in the expansion of the bio-research cluster on PEI. He constructed the Island Prosperity Strategy in 2008. He also served as Deputy Minister of Health where he worked directly for the Premiers of Canada and played a key role as co-lead of the Council of the Federation Working Group of HealthCare Innovation. Michael served as the CEO of the Prince Edward Island Health Authority, which oversees all medical and pharmacare operations for the province. He also served as a Board Director of the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health and as Board Director for Canada Health Infoway, Commission on Mental Health and Addictions, HealthCareCan and several DM Boards nationally. Michael left the public sector in 2017 to start his own.
Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and three children in his free time.

Blake Squires
Blake is a career entrepreneur who excels at defining and growing strong teams, brands, and great products. Some of which have gained national media attention for speed to market and innovation from Forbes, Time and Inc., among many others.
Blake co-founded Everstream, a streaming media company and Adcoda, which became Findaway the makers of PLAYAWAY®. He founded and was CEO of healthcare enterprises Movable a population health solution acquired by DHS Group and DoctorsOrders, which was acquired by a major medical supplier.
In his free time, Blake, his wife Michelle, and their four children enjoy spending time on their boat.

Heather Kramer
Heather Kramer
Heather brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in marketing solutions, digital marketing technology, project management, business developmelnt, business innovation, transformation and integrated strategic consulting to the GetOnHealth team.
Most recently, she assisted with the launch and marketing/sales strategy of a digital marketing technology company, Essex Digital Platform, which is a platform that leverages real-time bidding technology, data, analytics, and integrations to improve online business and marketing outcomes.
In her free time, Heather serves on several non-profit boards and contributes to local networking and industry publications with speaking, event facilitation, and content development.

Scott Raybuck
Scott Raybuck
Scott brings extensive experience in working with Fortune 5 companies, startups, and entrepreneurial ventures as well as in the healthcare industry to assist the GetOnHealth team.
Scott co-founded Life Core Technologies (now Cryothermic Systems) where he helped invent and launch a medical device that helps to cool the brain during traumatic events. He also founded Steam Fire, Igniting Sales which partners with healthcare and heatlhcare technology companies to be a contract nationwide salesforce for early and mid-stage companies. And, Scott founded ZuRI, a CBD Supply Co. which focuses on the health and wellness benefits of CBD (non-THC).
In his free time, Scott is active on several non-profit boards and enjoys spending time with his wife Danielle and their three children.
